Memiliki layar sentuh atau touchscreen berlapis AMOLED 4 inci sehingga mampu menikmati berbagai fitur secara maksimal. Nokia X7 juga dilengkapi dengan pilihan virtual keyboard, mulai dari QWERTY vertical atau Potrait hingga Qwerty Horizontal atau Lanscape atau versi alpha numeric.
